Situation: The process of procedures related to the municipality and other official transactions is running.
LAND COMBINATION PROCEDURES WERE COMPLETED BY THE LAND REGISTER OFFICE. A NEW LAND TITLE WAS PROVIDED.

Land unification works have been completed in the Cadastre department of the municipality. The file was delivered to the Land Registry Directorate. After the new land title is issued, an application will be made to the Municipality for zoning status. After the zoning approval from the municipality, our architectural projects prepared by the relevant office according to the latest status of our land will be ready to be delivered to the municipality.
It is planned to obtain our construction permit in February.
